Project Support Assistant

Location: Remote (Anywhere in Canada)

Job Type: Part-Time (up to 30 hours/week), Contract (6 months) – Extension possible.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Support Assistant. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and have strong skills communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation: Prepare clear, concise, and accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Administrative Support: Efficiently manage scheduling, minute taking, and file management with a high level of precision.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between team members and draft external communications.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to effectively manage and analyze project data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative and data management tasks.
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing capabilities for creating clear and organized documentation.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced, remote setting.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a project support or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required for managing spreadsheets and performing data analysis.
